As we mark the Jubilee of Volunteering, we acknowledge Frank Fennell as a Person of Service in St John’s Parish, Trafalgar. For nearly a century, Frank has served his parish and community in many ways. From his early years as an altar boy to his role in the St Vincent de Paul Society and his ongoing care for St John’s Church and grounds, he has given his time with dedication and love.
