During Mass at Sion House today, in the St Mary of the Cross Mackillop Chapel, Bishop Greg Bennet instituted seminarian Mark Hughes into the Order of Acolytes for service at the Table of the Lord.
The ritual has been postponed due to COVID but was celebrated in Warragul, ahead of Mark’s Ordination to the Diaconate on 12 March.
