Bishop Greg conducted a pastoral visit to the Combined Parishes of East Gippsland, including, St Brendan’s in Lakes Entrance and St Colman’s in Orbost, St Joseph’s Swan Reach, St Dymphna’s Buchan. During his visit, Bishop Greg engaged with a broad range of parish groups, including the Parish Pastoral Council, Finance Committee, Liturgy Committee, Safeguarding Office, Op Shop, Catholic Women’s League, and the Vincent de Paul Assistance Centre.
In addition to these, meetings, Bishop Greg also visited local aged care facilities and spent time at St Brendan’s Primary School in Lakes Entrance and St Joseph’s Primary School in Orbost. He also celebrated Masses at Lakes Entrance, Orbost, and Swan Reach, and made a special visit to St Dymphna’s in Buchan.
Bishop Greg’s visit was a significant event for the parishes, strengthening the sense of community and shared mission across the region.
